Savarina is one of the cakes made at Cofetăria Ina since 1999. The natural, freshly prepared cream and the dough prepared according to a classic recipe, together with the syrupy doughnut, give the cake a fine and slightly aromatic taste. The amount of syrup used in the composition is measured so that the cake maintains its balanced taste.
