It is very simple. Navigate to our site and choose the bouquet or arrangement you want, indicate the date and time of delivery, and then place it in the basket. Add, if you wish, one of the auxiliary products available such as vase, chocolate, teddy bear, and others.
Complete as accurately as possible the proposed questionnaire with your data and recipient, required for delivery. Choose the delivery location and fill in the message you want to attach to the bouquet or floral arrangement.
You can choose the option - 'photo on delivery' if you want. We will send the picture via e-mail if the recipient is not counter to pose. Also, here, you can choose the video on delivery option and delivery methods.
The next step is choosing the payment method that is easy for you to pay the order (Visa / Mastercard, PayPal, Payment on Delivery, etc.)
Once you have chosen the payment method, follow the steps you are asked to complete the order successfully!
2. At our OkFlora atelier
Our office is located in Romania, Bucharest, Sector 4, Calea Văcărești, No. 302.
We are here from Monday to Sunday- 08:00- 20:00
Here a consultant will receive the order and you can pay for it cash or by card.
